孙舒：中国为何发布第17部涉藏白皮书？

西藏自治区成立60周年之际，中国藏学研究中心助理研究员孙舒接受CGTN采访，回应西方对西藏人权和教育的歪曲。她说，今年三月国务院新闻办公室发布的白皮书《新时代西藏人权事业的发展与进步》，就是以最官方、全面、透明的方式，讲述西藏政策与实际成效。她提到，教育政策是治藏政策中最受欢迎、满意度最高的，如今受教育普及率已近100%；年轻人就业有保障，政府设公益岗位，还为应届毕业生提供三年返乡就业补贴。针对西方误读，她强调，中国的制度契合民族特性和发展道路，中国始终是世界人权事业的重要贡献者和坚定推动者。

On the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Xizang Autonomous Region, Sun Shu, assistant researcher at the China Tibetology Research Center, told CGTN's Mi Sutong that Western perspectives on human rights and education in Xizang are often distorted. She noted that the white paper"Human Rights in Xizang in the New Era," released by the State Council Information Office in March, provides an official, clear and detailed account of policies and progress. Education is one of the most popular and successful policies, with enrollment approaching 100 percent. Youth employment is supported through public welfare jobs and a three-year return-home subsidy for graduates. Sun emphasized that China remains a key contributor and strong advocate for human rights worldwide.
